By registering for the conference, you hereby agree to the following terms and conditions. Before proceeding ahead with registration, you are advised to read them thoroughly.

Travel, insurance and accommodation

Attendees, delegates & speakers shall be fully responsible for their belongings at the venue. ASN will not be responsible for any misplacement and/or loss and/or damage of personal items.
Bringing press or media to ASNAC must be approved in writing by ASN prior to the event.
ASN will not take any liability for personal injuries, or damage, to attendees, delegates & speakers during the event.

Please be informed that registration fees do not include any insurance of any kind. It shall be the duty of the individual attendee/delegate/speaker to arrange any and all necessary insurance coverages. The Association of Sri Lankan Neurologists will not be responsible for any damage and/or loss to personal property and/or persons.
All fees and arrangements of any and all kinds with regard to transportation, accommodation and parking, healthcare shall be borne by the registrant.

Cancellations and refunds

All cancellations must be sent in writing via e-mail to the conference secretariat [email protected]
Before 60 days of the conference: Eligible for a full refund less the Service Fee which is 10% of the registration fee.
Within 60-30 days of the Conference: Eligible for a 50% refund of payment.
Within 30 days of the Conference: Not eligible for a refund.
Refunds will be made after the completion of the conference.
The refund/cancellation policy is not applicable if the conference is postponed due to natural disasters or unpredictable activities beyond the organizers’ control including without limitation, natural disasters, sabotage, accident, trade or industrial disputes, terrorism, strikes, or hostilities. The organizer will provide an opportunity for the registered participants to transfer their registration fees and accommodation charges to any future editions of the conference.
